Crispy Potato-Topped Meat Pie

Ingredients:
For the Meat Filling:
1 lb ground beef
1 onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup frozen peas
1/2 cup beef broth
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp tomato paste
Salt and pepper to taste
For the Potato Topping:
4 large potatoes, peeled and cubed
1/4 cup milk
2 tbsp butter
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Prepare the Meat Filling:
Cook ground beef, onion, and garlic in a skillet until browned. Drain excess fat.
Stir in peas, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, tomato paste, salt, and pepper. Simmer until thickened.
Prepare the Potato Topping:
Boil potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15 minutes. Drain.
Mash potatoes with milk, butter, cheese, salt, and pepper until smooth.
Assemble the Pie:
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Spread the meat mixture in a baking dish. Top with mashed potatoes, smoothing it out.
Bake:
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden and crispy.
