Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat. Add marinara sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, ricotta cheese, sour cream, and Parmesan cheese. Mix until smooth.
- Spread half of the cooked spaghetti in the bottom of the prepared baking dish. Top with the cheese mixture, spreading it evenly. Add the remaining spaghetti on top.
- Pour the meat sauce over the spaghetti layers. Spread evenly.
- Place butter slices on top of the casserole. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the top.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let the casserole rest for 10 minutes before serving. Garnish with chopped parsley.
