Million Dollar Spaghetti Casserole

 

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat. Add marinara sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, ricotta cheese, sour cream, and Parmesan cheese. Mix until smooth.
  5. Spread half of the cooked spaghetti in the bottom of the prepared baking dish. Top with the cheese mixture, spreading it evenly. Add the remaining spaghetti on top.
  6. Pour the meat sauce over the spaghetti layers. Spread evenly.
  7. Place butter slices on top of the casserole. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the top.
  8. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  9. Let the casserole rest for 10 minutes before serving. Garnish with chopped parsley.
