Mini Bobotie Savory Pies

🔪 Instructions:
Prepare Filling:
Cook ground meat with onion and garlic until browned. Add spices, apricots, raisins, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, and crumbled bread. Stir in milk and season with salt and pepper.
Prepare Pastry:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Roll out pastry and cut into circles. Press into a greased muffin tin.
Assemble and Bake:
Fill pastry shells with bobotie mixture. Mix eggs and milk, pour over filling. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
