MINI CASTELLA CAKE

HOW TO MAKE MINI CASTELLA CAKE ?

 

 

Mix the melted butter with milk and honey.

Beat the egg whites with the sugar, then add the egg yolks, vanilla and flour.

 

Mix 4 tablespoons of dough with the butter mixture, then mix everything together.

 

Pour the mixture into mini molds and bake for 7 minutes at 160° and 15 minutes at 150°.
